Instructions

Mix sour cream, cream cheese, white wine (if using) and seasonings until smooth. Drain artichoke hearts, chop into 1/4-1/2 inch pieces, and stir into sour cream mixture. Chill thoroughly. Serve as dip with vegetables.

Notes

This can be made with unmarinated artichoke hearts also.
