Artichoke Delight

Ingredients

2 cups sour cream
2-6 ounce jars marinated artichoke hearts
1-8 ounce pkg cream cheese
5 Tablespoons white wine (optional)
1/2 teaspoon parlic powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
fresh ground pepper

Instructions

Mix sour cream, cream cheese, white wine (if using) and seasonings until smooth. Drain artichoke hearts, chop into 1/4-1/2 inch pieces, and stir into sour cream mixture. Chill thoroughly. Serve as dip with vegetables.

Notes

This can be made with unmarinated artichoke hearts also.
