Preheat broiler. Mix together, and set aside, the parsley, rosemary, cheese, salt and pepper. In 2 separate small bowls, carefully crack and open 3 eggs per bowl. Do not break the yolks. In each of 2 ramekins large enough to hold 3 eggs, place 2 T. cream and 1 T. butter and 5-6 strips of ham. Place under broiler for 30 seconds, or until bubbling. Remove from broiler and very carefully slide/pour each bowl of eggs into a ramekin, again making sure not to break the yolks. Top each with 5-6 more strips of ham, then sprinkle half the cheese mixture evenly over the top of each. Return to broiler for 5 minutes or until eggs are desired firmness. Serve immediately.
