Instructions

In a chafing dish, heat butter with brown sugar and cook until smooth. Add bananas and spoon mixture over them until they are heated through; sprinkle with cinnamon. Stir in rum and ligueur, then ignite. Shake pan gently until flames go out. Continue to baste.
Put scoop of ice cream on each plate and arrange banana halves around the ice cream. Spoon sauce over them.
