In a large bowl, mix flours, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
In a medium bowl, whisk together buttermilk, egg, egg white and oil until light yellow in color.
Add wet ingredients to dry mixture. Whisk until it is combined, but still a little lumpy. Add blueberries and gently mix them into the batter.
Heat a skillet or griddle on medium-high. Pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake into pan. When pancake is bubbly on top and the edges are starting to brown lighlty, gently flip pancakes. Cook 1 or 2 minutes longer. Keep warm in oven until served.
