In a skillet, saute onion in oil until soft. Add curry powder and cook, stirring, for 1 minute. Stir in crabmeat, parsley and red pepper. Saute for 2 minutes. Add lime juice and salt and pepper. Saute for 1 minute. Divide crab among four buttered scallop shells, or small oven-proof serving dishes, or ramekins. Sprinkle with 1-1/2 T. bread crumbs each, the dot tops with butter. Broil 2-3 minutes until golden. Serve with lime wedges.
This could probably be made into smaller portions and served as an appetizer.
