Score both sides of the steak lightly. In a blender, puree ginger, scallion, tamari, oils, and honey. Pour into flameproof dish, add steak and let marinate covered, in refrigerator for 4-6 hours, turning occasionally. Broil as close to heat as possible, turning once; 10 minutes for rare.

Notes

The recipe calls for sesame oil. I changed it to "toasted", but that flavor may be too strong. I prefer tamari to soy sauce.
