In a large bowl, combine ham, onions, parsley, thyme and pepper. Drain liquid from corn into measuring cup and reserve. Add corn, egg, 2 T. melted butter and stuffing mix to ham mixture and stir to blend. Add enough water to reserved corn liquid to make 1 cup; stir into stuffing mix. Spoon stuffing mix into buttered, shallow, 2 qt. baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove cover and drizzle 2 T. melted butter over top. Continue baking uncovered about 10 minutes.

Notes

The original recipe called for 1/4 cup of melted butter to be drizzled over the stuffing after baking a while. I reduced that to 2 T. and it was just fine. It even tasted great before I added the butter.
