Instructions

Cut a thin slice from the tops of the tomatoes and save. Cut out inside of tomatoes with a small spoon or paring knife. Sprinkle insides with salt and invert on a paper towel to drain for 1/2 hour.
In a blender, puree remaining ingredients and chill for 1 hour.
Fill each drained tomato with salmon mixture and put the tops back on. Serve.

Notes

The salmon mixture can be used for many other things.
